Whilst attending Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC) Dr. Claire Michel was interviewed by Alzheimer's Research UK with the recording of the interview featuring on the charity's website.
Claire attended the international Alzheimer's Association Conference (AAIC) in Copenhagen in July of this year to present her, and the group's, work on advanced microscopy techniques, such as super-resolution microscopy, in the study of neurodegenerative diseases. Claire recently discovered a mechanism by which the neurotoxic protein tau may spread from cell to cell in patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease. While presenting her work Claire was recorded by Alzheimers Research UK, one of our key sponsors, to summarise her work.
The clip is featured on Alzheimer's Research UK's blog about the conference and is available below.
